This Friday, September 4th, we’re rolling into La Cima and bringing some SERIOUS BBQ with us. 😮‍💨🔥

We’ll be set up at the La Cima Community Center from 4–8 PM serving up:

🍔 Brisket Smashburger— Fresh-ground brisket on a toasted brioche bun, topped with American cheese, crispy bacon, house-pickled red onions & mustard. Served with chips.

🍔Chopped Brisket Sandwich— our slow smoked to perfection brisket on a brioche bun with pickled onions and a tangy homemade BBQ sauce

🧀 Mac & Cheese — Creamy, cheesy, and made from scratch.

🔥 Brisket Mac — Our mac & cheese piled high with chopped smoked brisket.

🥤 Dr Pepper • Sprite • Bottled Water

And YES — that brisket in the picture is OURS. 👀🔥 Smoked low and slow with a killer bark, beautiful smoke ring, and plenty of flavor.

We’re kicking off football season the right way! Sauro’s Catering Co. will be at Dripping Springs Distillery on Friday, August 28th for the first Dripping Springs High School football game of the season!

Come hang out, grab a cold drink from the distillery, and let us handle dinner before kickoff. We’re keeping this menu simple and bringing out the BBQ favorites — smoked brisket tacos, homemade mac & cheese, and brisket mac! 🌮🧀🔥
