💕 Just Me… A Little About the Face Behind The Sweet Emporium 💕

For those who may be new here, I thought I’d share a little about myself!

My name is Erica, and when I’m not decorating cookies, I’m serving students as an educator. I’ve spent more than 24 years in education teaching and supporting learners and other educators in Math, Science, and Special Education. Helping others grow, learn, and succeed has always been my passion.

Outside of work, I’m blessed to be a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt—roles that mean the world to me and keep life wonderfully busy.

So how did cookies become part of my story? 🍪

The Sweet Emporium started as a creative outlet and quickly grew into something I truly love. Cookie decorating gives me the opportunity to slow down, be creative, relieve stress, and enjoy those quiet moments where I can simply create. There’s something special about turning a simple cookie into a meaningful part of someone’s celebration.

Whether I’m designing cookies for a birthday, wedding, baby shower, graduation, business event, or custom logo set, I love helping bring your ideas to life—one cookie at a time.
