Dear Valued Customers,
It is with a heart full of gratitude and mixed emotions that I write this letter to you today. After much reflection and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to retire, and as a result, Giannotti’s Ristorante in Kutztown Pa, will be closing its doors at years end.
First and foremost, I want to express my deepest appreciation for your unwavering support over the years. It has been an incredible journey, and I am sincerely thankful for the countless memories, laughter, and joy that you, our cherished customers, have brought to Giannotti’s Ristorante. Your loyalty has been the driving force behind our business, and I am profoundly grateful for the relationships we have built. As I embark on this new chapter of my life, I look back on the wonderful experiences shared here with immense fondness. It has been an honor to serve you and become a part of your lives, whether it was a special celebration, a casual gathering, or just a quiet evening out. The decision to retire was not made lightly, and it comes with a mix of emotions. While I will miss the daily interactions with each of you, I am excited about the opportunity to explore new horizons and spend more time with my family. Your understanding and support during this transition mean the world to me. Our last day of service will be December 30 2023, and until then, we will continue to welcome you with open arms. We invite you to join us in the coming weeks to share one last meal, reminisce about the good times, and celebrate the wonderful community we have built together .Although Giannotti’s Ristorante in Kutztown will be closing, the memories and connections forged within these walls will endure. I am confident that the spirit of our restaurant will live on in the stories you share and the friendships you've made. Please continue to support our family associated restaurants across Berks County and beyond. Once again, thank you for being an integral part of my life. Your patronage, kindness, and support have been the heart and soul of this establishment, and I am truly grateful for the privilege of serving you. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors, and may our paths cross again. With heartfelt thanks.
