We at Fiesta Guadalajara are going to be a drop off point for the "Canned Food Drive"

For those of you who are fairly new to Kuna, in the past I would provide "Free Family Portraits". Well, since I am back at Fiesta Guadalajara here in Kuna. I thought I'd keep on with this tradition I have created for myself. If you've been photographed by me in the past, come say hi!

Weekly update with what's going on at the restaurant.

We're movin' and grovin. Our momentum is upward bound! So, we're hiring. We're looking for team players, great personalities, and a willingness to work hard. I need a cook, server, (must be at least 19 years). and possibly a host/hostess (16 years minimum).

With the growing population of Kuna, and people working later, and getting home later. We've been asked if we'd consider staying open later. We asked the staff of our Kuna location, and they all 100% agreed, (Thank you staff) to give a whirl. We're going to try this temporarily and see how it pans out. So, on Friday and Saturday only until 11P, we're going to keep our doors open. Pass this on to your family and friends. We're trying people, thanks for your support.

I mentioned on Saturday that I'd drop a bomb on Kuna. Well, here it is. Introducing our Fiesta Guadalajara 5lb Burrito, called "The Gigante". phonetically that's (He-gawn-teh).

Here's the bulk of the reason for creating this gigantic burrito. To challenge anyone and everyone to eat this monstrosity in under five (5) minutes. The reward? "IF"...AND THAT'S A BIG IF! If you can eat it under five (5) minutes, it's FREE.
It's a timed ordeal, so you must tell the server your intention before ordering "The Gigante" burrito.
You, and only you have to completely eat it. No one can touch your plate or assist in any way. We're creating a T-Shirt for those who can completely demolish this burrito.

This burrito is available ONLY IN KUNA (for now), and it's for anyone, even those who just want to share it with others. But, if you do share it, you are not eligible to get it for free.

So, DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? I CHALLENGE YOU!
