One of our favorite parts of traveling is tasting the local ice cream and gelato. Every stop is a chance to discover a new flavor, a different technique, or an idea we can bring back home to The Country Creamery.

Today we stopped at Oddono’s in London, and wow… the gelato was incredible. Their Sicilian pistachio was easily our favorite, but every flavor gave us something to think about.

Our bellies are full, our notebooks have a few new ideas, and we can’t wait to get back in the kitchen and start experimenting. You never know… one of your next favorite flavors might have started thousands of miles from home. 🍨✈️

Our first batch of PA Sweet Corn w/ Salted Caramel has arrived, and every year this flavor disappears faster than we can make it.

We start with fresh Pennsylvania sweet corn at the peak of the season, letting its natural sweetness shine before folding it into our rich, handcrafted ice cream. Then we finish it with ribbons of buttery salted caramel for that perfect sweet-and-savory bite.

What’s Kentucky Bourbon Vanilla? 🇺🇸🍦

Most vanilla extracts are made using vodka. But for this Fourth of July, we wanted to create something that felt unmistakably American.

Last year, we filled a bottle with whole vanilla beans and authentic Kentucky bourbon, then let time do the rest. For months, the bourbon slowly extracted every bit of rich, aromatic vanilla while adding subtle notes of oak, caramel, and warmth.

Please join us in congratulating Lydia on graduating from Liberty University and passing her NCLEX! 👩‍⚕️🎓

Lydia’s hard work, determination, and compassion have brought her to this incredible milestone, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything she has accomplished. While we’re excited to see where this new chapter takes her, we’ll always be grateful to have her as part of The Country Creamery family.
