An Update from Vault 223
First, thank you for your patience, and our apologies for not sharing an update sooner.
As we move closer to opening, we’ve decided to approach Phase 1 a bit differently than originally planned. Like many small, local businesses, we’re being intentional with our resources and starting in a way that’s sustainable while we build momentum. This is not a change in vision, only a shift in timeline.
For Phase 1, Vault 223 will open as a casual café with grab-and-go offerings, designed to introduce our space and concept while we continue working toward the full gastropub experience.
Phase 1 will feature:
• Paninis, hoagies, subs, and breakfast sandwiches
• Rice bowls and crêpes
• Specialty coffees and espresso drinks
• A variety of milk and creamer options, including oat milk
• Fountain sodas with optional syrup flavoring
This approach allows us to open our doors, connect with the community, and continue growing toward the Vault 223 we’ve envisioned from the start. We’re excited to move forward and to have you with us along the way.
