I vowed when I opened Grindstone Charley’s in 1982 that my restaurants would follow these core values that have helped us be successful in the restaurant business for almost 50 years. My son, Blake Fogelsong, now runs the daily operations for all the Grindstone Charley’s. I know that he will follow my footsteps with the same core values in the future that my father taught me.
