I vowed when I opened Grindstone Charley’s in 1982 that my restaurants would follow these core values that have helped us be successful in the restaurant business for almost 50 years. At Grindstone Charley’s, we serve only the finest quality, freshest ingredients, served by a friendly, hospitable staff, in a clean, warm, and friendly environment. The food and recipes at Grindstone Charley’s have come from many generations of experience. My son, Blake Fogelsong, now runs the daily operations for all the Grindstone Charley’s.
