It's Sunday morning and I'm sitting here thinking of all that has happened this last few months in the pizza shop...and I have to be honest. I was so uncertain with my decision of the remodel and adding the buffet. Then one thing after another was pushing against me...

My staff, my family, ours friends, our customers...they ALL stepped up! When I was having concern and doubt, they put me at ease!
We had some hiccups and we are navigating through the growing pains. We can't thank the customers enough that came in and gave feedback and we hope to see them again!

And today is the day...I was fingers crossed and the crew is in there early today...Salad bar and pizza buffet are going to be up and going!!
