Kodiak Salsa

Kodiak Salsa Hi! My family and I just moved to the Island Aug 2016. We are loving the town and community of Kodiak so far. Now I sell it at the Farmer's Market in the summer.

Husband works for the Coast Guard and we live in town. I'm of Mexican descent originally from the Los Angeles sub-burbs I'm of Mexican descent from Southern CA and was taken aback by the limited Mexican food options when our family transferred to Kodiak. Once I got tired of the Safeway (vinegar infused) salsa, I had to start making my own. Oh, how I took for granted the easily accessible supply of salsa in SoCal. When I shared my salsa with Kodiak friends, they LOVED it.
