After a lot of thought, we have made the difficult decision to close The Family Table.

The truth is, life is full for our family right now. Between full time jobs and raising our boys, our days are pretty full. The Family Table deserves time and energy that we’re finding harder to give. We have realized it’s time to close this chapter in order to make a little more room for the season of life we’re in.

What started as an idea to help make life a little easier for busy families became something we are incredibly proud of. We have had the opportunity to cook for so many wonderful families and meet some truly amazing people.

To everyone who ordered a meal, shared a post, told a friend about us, or encouraged us along the way, thank you! Your support of our little family business has meant more to us than you know.

We are so grateful for every person who allowed us to bring a little piece of our family table to yours.

Thank you for being a part of it.

A busy week feels a whole lot easier when dinner is already in the fridge.

Whether you’re getting home late from work, running from school to practice, or just don’t want to spend another evening figuring out what to cook, having a fresh, fully cooked meal ready to heat can make all the difference.

Each family meal serves 4–5 people and comes with your choice of 2 sides.
Individual portions are also available!

Want to make your own meatball sub? Order meatballs only. Then grab your favorite cheese (we like provolone or mozzarella) and a hoagie or loaf of French bread from the store! Pro tip: Heat your meatballs first, and then after assembling your sub, toast it in the oven to get a crispy crust.

Each meal starts with fresh, whole ingredients.

Everyone knows we deliver on Sundays, but we want to tell you a little bit about Friday and Saturday!

Orders close for the week on Friday at noon and then comes the master grocery list. Every single cut of meat and piece of produce is hand selected to ensure we start with quality ingredients.

Friday night is when the magic happens. Chicken breasts go in a brine that keeps the grilled chicken tender and juicy (essential for reheating). The beef is trimmed and cut into steaks, and then marinated. This marinade is a recipe that was handed down to Lee from his Yaya. It's a high honor to prepare the recipe in the kitchen every week and to then share that with you!

Saturday is cook day! We head to Real Good Kitchen and get started on prep. Produce gets rinsed and chopped. Lots of lemon squeezing, garlic pressing, and crying over onions. Meats are grilled, and veggies are roasted and steamed. Orders are weighed out, packaged, labeled, and cooled.

Not pictured are the stacks of dishes, the 100 times we each wash our hands, or the seemingly endless end-of-shift clean up.

Sundays are for the customer. We deliver those fully-cooked, scratch-made, meals right to your door!

Then the rest of the week is spent waking up with lunch already packed and dinner ready to throw in the oven to heat.

Our next delivery is Sunday, August 1st.

We’ve been looking for the right week to introduce these, and it’s finally here!

Each green pepper is stuffed with seasoned ground beef, rice, onions, tomatoes, and a tomato base sauce. Baked until perfectly tender and topped with mozzarella cheese.
