Goodness to Go- Fresh Breads, Sweet Treats, Boxed Lunches, Dinner to Go, Tailgating & Party Food Beginning Tuesday, 9/7 our Choto store will open at 11:00 a.m.

Monday-Friday. Hours on Saturday will remain 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We plan to resume regular hours on Monday, 9/20.

Meet Justin!

Justin is an Assistant Baker at our Rocky Hill location and has been with us for 3 years! We appreciate the work he does to ensure we have fresh and delicious baked items available!

A fun fact about Justin is that he aims to watch 1 movie a day! He often enjoys going to Regal in downtown Knoxville and says that his favorite movie is Godzilla.

Meet Kati!

Kati is our Head Baker and has recently returned to Goodness To Go, so we are very excited to have her back! She has been with us for a total of 2 years and has spent time working at both Rocky Hill and Choto.

A fun fact about Kati is that she has square danced at the Grand Ole Opry 4 times, one being the 89th anniversary show!

Her favorite Goodness To Go item is Tomato Pie!
