🌮🔥 Friday Chef’s Special — Tacos Gobernador! 🍤

Today we’re bringing back one of our favorites: Tacos Gobernador, which translates to “Governor’s Tacos.” 🇲🇽

These famous tacos originated in Sinaloa, Mexico, and are known for the delicious combination of shrimp and melted cheese.

At Pancho’s Grill, we make ours with shrimp, melted cheese, sautéed poblano peppers, onions, tomatoes, and our creamy chipotle sauce. 😋

🍽️ Two Tacos Gobernador served with Mexican rice.

If you’ve never tried them, today is the perfect day! Stop by Pancho’s Grill and enjoy our Friday Chef’s Special. 🌮🍤🔥
