Alyssa and Lee want to thank all of you for going on this journey with us! We’ve had great fun serving you the best pizza/wings in Knoxville.

As we mentioned a week or so ago, Brady is going to be taking reign of the business and putting his own twist on it, much like we did!

Hello Fast Freddy’s people, we have some important updates to share with you! As many of you know Alyssa and Lee took over the day-to-day operations about 1.5 years ago from the Carter’s. Since then, they’ve added some menu items, tried some new specials and worked hard to listen to your feedback. As many of you know, they also kept their full-time jobs on top of making pizzas in the evening. Since then, they’ve also gotten married and recently found out there’s a baby on the way.

With that being said, we’ve made the decision to step back from the pizza business to focus on our growing family. Have no fear, Brady Essman, has agreed to take over the operation so we can continue to deliver great food to you! He will officially take over on September 1st and is very eager to offer new options and continue to grow Fast Freddy’s we are very excited for this transition and know you will be in great hands.

Brady will have future updates shortly and will keep you all updated in person or via social media! We will absolutely be his first customers! Business hours will remain the same while we finalize this transition!

Wow! It’s been a minute since we’ve had to do a double header on the Saturday of Nationals. Did you know boss lady was born on a Saturday Nationals Night?? We’ll be open 4p to 7p only so she can celebrate cheering on her favorite Crew Chiefs/Drivers!
