🔥 ONE YEAR DOWN! 🔥
Yesterday we celebrated our first anniversary in Gatlinburg, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful.
Thank you to every guest who has dined with us, every local who has supported us, and every visitor who has made Myron Mixon BBQ part of their Smoky Mountain experience.
Most importantly, thank you to our amazing team. Your hard work, dedication, hospitality, and passion are what make this restaurant special every single day. This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without you.

🍽️ This week our team traveled to the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, one of the biggest gatherings in the hospitality industry, to invest in growth, innovation, and the future of our restaurants.
From educational seminars and emerging hospitality trends to new culinary techniques and technology hitting the market, we spent the week learning from some of the best in the business. We explored countless concepts, tasted incredible food, and gathered fresh ideas that we’re excited to bring back to the Knoxville market.
One of the highlights of the trip was an unforgettable dinner at Alinea, an experience that reminded us how powerful creativity, hospitality, and attention to detail can truly be.
Beyond the education and inspiration, this trip was about building stronger relationships as a team and creating memories we’ll never forget. We’re grateful for every opportunity to continue learning, evolving, and bringing new energy back home to our guests.
