Matt Robbins has been the lead barista and coffee shop manager in Knoxville, TN for over 10 years. He listens, he trains, and most importantly, he loves. If any of you have had the opportunity to meet Matt, you’ll know his talents in coffee, baking, and restaurant management are something truly special. After helping the coffee culture of Knoxville blossom into what it is today, it’s finally time for Matt to take the reigns. At first, Coffee was a soul passion. Something about the grain, the smell, the conversations that would happen over them.. it wasn’t just a job, it was a lifestyle. Surrounded by good coffee and good people, it soon came to light that the missing ingredient to a perfect place was - good food. Matt tested his skills in cooking and baking and quickly found his niche... Can a biscuit really be that good? Is it actually something worth exploring on my own? Could I actually do this for life...?
