There's a second Bistro By The Tracks in the running this year, headed by our fourth contender–and 2023's grand champion–Chef Robert McDonald! Chef McDonald took home the title of Knoxville's Top Chef last year, with his gold-winning miso-cured salmon entree, and this year he's decided to kick off Bistro by the Tracks, Happy Holler's first Top Chefs event with some more unexpected courses... a chicken nuggets and PB&J appetizer, for instance.
