Here we go AGAIN: Be RESPECTFUL!

NO Outside Food & Beverages: A Firm Reminder

We have addressed this several times, and we need to be clear: outside food and beverages are not permitted at The Casual Pint Northshore. This includes items purchased from neighboring businesses.

This past weekend, we had multiple instances of guests bringing in outside food. A quoted kitchen wait of approximately 25 minutes does not override our policy. Neither does choosing to ignore it.

More concerning was the disrespect shown when the policy was addressed. Rudeness toward our team will not be tolerated. They work hard to take care of our guests and deserve courtesy in return.

Moving forward, anyone bringing outside food or beverages into our establishment will be asked to leave. This applies to everyone, during game days, events, and regular business hours.

We are a locally owned restaurant and bar. Purchases here support our employees, keep our doors open, and allow us to continue providing the watch parties, entertainment, and community events you enjoy.

We appreciate everyone who respects our team, follows our policies, and supports our business. We love bringing people together, and we expect that same respect in return. We appreciate each and every one of you! Please respect our business and more importantly OUR TEAM! Knoxville Packer Backers
