Some moments make you stop and realize just how far the journey has taken you.

As we celebrate 20 years of Casa Don Gallo in Knoxville, we are deeply grateful to receive this special recognition from the Tennessee Senate honoring two decades of family, hospitality, hard work, and community.

What began 20 years ago as a family restaurant has become something we could never have built on our own. It has been shaped by the people who work beside us, the guests who keep coming back, the families who have grown up around our tables, and a community that welcomed us and made Casa feel at home.

A very special thank you to Senator Becky Massey for being part of this recognition and for helping us mark a milestone that means so much to our family.

Twenty years later, the thing we are most proud of isn’t simply how long we’ve been here — it’s all the people who have been part of the story.

Thank you, Knoxville, for giving Casa Don Gallo a place to call home. ❤️

What a night. ❤️

Our 20th Anniversary Dinner was everything we hoped it would be — a full house, great food, plenty of laughter, and so many familiar faces gathered around our tables.

But what made the night truly special was you.

Seeing so many of you there, celebrating this milestone with us, reminded us why these 20 years mean so much. Casa Don Gallo has grown and changed over the years, but the people who walk through our doors have always been the best part of our story.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, raised a glass with us, and made this night one we’ll remember for a long time.
