The Melting Pot of Knoxville is a fondue restaurant dedicated to delivering the ultimate dining experience. We strive to provide the perfect night out for each guest. You can easily customize your dining experience. We have a separate gluten free menu available, as well as vegetarian options. Enjoy a relaxing four course meal, or just have a quick bite to eat. Dip in to a mouth-watering cheese fondue prepared especially for you at your table. Enjoy a freshly prepared salad topped with one of our signature dressings. Our entrees are sure to please any palate. Choose from our Steak Lovers, Seafood Trio, or the Fondue Fusion just to name a few, or create your own entree with our Fondue By You. All of our entrees are accompanied by seasonal fresh vegetables and a variety of dipping sauces. Simply choose a cooking style and dive in! End your meal by dipping fruits and cakes into one of our decadent chocolate fondues and you'll see why The Melting Pot of Knoxville has won "Best Dessert" numerous times in local newspapers. We offer a large selection of w**es to perfectly complement our amazing food, as well as a variety of craft beers and specialty cocktails. We are located in the Old City, downtown Knoxville's historic district. For more than 20 years, our partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has been about more than tradition, it’s about making a difference together. 💛

As Bob Johnston, Chairman of the Board, shared, hosting our team members at St. Jude is a highlight of every year - an opportunity to see firsthand the impact of what they and our guests support.

And that impact adds up: Thanks to last year’s Donate & Dine campaign, we were able to donate $1,278,308 to St. Jude. Guests donate $20 and receive $30 toward a future visit, helping keep generosity in motion.

After 31 wonderful years serving the Knoxville community, Melting Pot of Knoxville is closed as of May 26 as we seek transition to new ownership.

We are incredibly grateful to have been part of so many fondue-filled special moments over the years, and we look forward to serving and celebrating with this community again in the near future.

During this time, we invite you to visit our nearest location in Gatlinburg, TN, to enjoy the fondue experience you know and love.

The intent is for Melting Pot of Knoxville to continue as a family-owned and operated restaurant under new ownership. We will share updates on our reopening plans as soon as they’re finalized.

If you have purchased Melting Pot gift cards, please note that they do not expire and can be used at any location nationwide.
If you have Melting Pot of Knoxville–specific certificates, they cannot be used at other locations but may be redeemed once the Knoxville location reopens.
