Join us at Oliver Royale on September 16 for a WhistlePig Wh***ey Dinner, featuring a four-course menu curated by Chef Darin Hoagland and thoughtfully paired with selections from WhistlePig.

Based on a farm in Vermont, ***ey has become one of the leading names in American rye wh***ey, celebrated for bold expressions and innovative aging and finishing techniques.

Originally explored within the portfolio and now reimagined at The Sarasota Modern, this limited-time pop-up transforms our on-site restaurant and bar into an immersive, floral-filled environment designed to spark curiosity and invite guests to slow down and stay awhile.

From unique botanical cocktails to beautifully-crafted seasonal bites, the experience reflects our commitment to delivering curated, thoughtful experiences across the portfolio.

The lobby bar at Hotel Clermont has entered a new chapter.

What started as a guest favorite has evolved into Bar Caravan. As demand grew for spaces that feel more open, social, and shared, the redesign leans into connection. It is a place to settle in, meet up, or pass through and stay longer than planned.

The renovation, led by Mey & Co, brings an eclectic, more communal energy to the room, while our in-house creative team shaped the identity behind Bar Caravan.

Alongside the new look, the experience has evolved. A refreshed menu now stands on its own, distinct from both the restaurant and rooftop, with a focus on cocktails and small bites designed for the setting. Happy Hour has also made its way into the mix, giving you even more reason to stop by.

Bar Caravan will continue to shift and grow over time. That is part of the point.

Come in, grab a seat, and see where it takes you.
