If there were a “Worst Wife of the Year” award, I might have just locked it up. 😬

At 5:00 a.m. Saturday morning I dropped my husband off at the emergency room… and then left him there. 😂 Before you judge me too harshly, hear me out!

This weekend was one for the record books. We had:
✨ A 300-person grazing table with 275 sandwiches for a grand opening
✨ A 100-person grazing table for a 100th birthday
✨ A 30-person bridal shower
✨ A 100-person wedding
…all while two of my key staff members were already on vacation.

To make things even more interesting, all of the work Matt was supposed to handle—including two deliveries and building one of our watermelon cakes—had to be reassigned at the last minute.

And this amazing team absolutely delivered… pun intended. 💪

A huge thank you to Sarah Francis, our rock star bartender, for jumping in and taking on not one, but two grazing table deliveries, setting them up beautifully, and even handling our flower bar—all things she’d never done before.

To our newest team members, Kris and Cassie, thank you for knocking it out of the park during your very first week by helping attend our 300-person event with that massive grazing table and 275 sandwiches.

And to Heather and Rena, I honestly don’t know what I’d do without you. Thank you for working so hard to pull all of these grazing tables together. Your dedication never goes unnoticed. 💕

It truly took every single person pitching in to make this weekend happen, and I’m so proud of this team.

P.S. Before anyone worries too much… Matt is okay! It turned out to be a kidney stone (those things are no joke), and he’ll be having surgery soon. He survived being abandoned at the ER… and I think he still plans on keeping me around. ❤️😂

As a thank-you to this incredible crew, Amazing Graze will be closed next Saturday. Everyone has earned a well-deserved weekend off, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the people who make all of this possible. 💕

POV: You hired our sister company for bartending… and accidentally got a wedding singer too. 🎤🍸

Well… we knew our sister company, Tipsy Daisy Bartending, had amazing bartenders. We just didn’t realize they had a wedding singer too!

While they were setting up for a reception, one of their bartenders started singing The Climb completely a cappella… and wow. 😍

We love working alongside such an incredible team. Whether it’s beautiful food from Amazing Graze or exceptional bartending from Tipsy Daisy, it’s the little unexpected moments like this that make wedding days unforgettable.

Now somebody tell us… should Tipsy Daisy add “live vocals during setup” to their service packages? 😉😂
