📢 We’ve leveled up our Torta game and are beyond excited to announce our partnership with locally owned Nadia Meadows
Nadia will be making our Bolillo Rolls starting tomorrow 10/2. They are beautiful, fluffy, consistent and delicious.

A little background info:
My partner Jesse and I first met Nadia and her husband Chris Meadows years ago working at Elkmont Exchange (IYKYK).
We have always shared a mutual respect for one another, and what we contribute to this industry with our individual talents. We have had the pleasure of knowing and feeding the Meadows family for years. And once we found out Nadia was starting her own baking company, it was a no brainer. She is passionate about what she does, and you will absolutely taste it in her baking.
So come by tomorrow for our “rollout” 😉 and be the first to try them out! We open at 11am and will have a limited number of the Torta. So come early, be happy!

Just a heads up! We have some scheduled maintenance early Thursday morning 9/24, so we will not be opening until 4pm tomorrow for Dinner. But we will have our Breakfast Burritos Friday 7-10am and Saturday 8-11am.
