Hello everyone! I know it’s been a while since my last post, and I apologize for the absence. As some of you know, I recently started a new career as the Culinary Arts Teacher at Sullivan East High School. With the adjustments to my schedule and trying to create a classroom enterprise within the school, I haven’t had much time to roll spring rolls. But I’m happy to announce that it’s fall break and I now have some time to roll again. Pick-up day will be Sunday, Oct. 19th from 12-4pm at My Spot

When I decided to close my food truck I really didn't have a plan for my next move. I knew I liked coaching youth sports and helping kids develop confidence and self-esteem. I told my wife maybe I'll try out substitute teaching to see how I like it and possibly get my teaching certificate. I also said wouldn't it be cool if I could be a Culinary Arts Teacher somewhere. Well fast forward to today, I'm very grateful and honored to say I've accepted the position to become the next Culinary Arts Teacher at Sullivan East High School. I will still try to offer frozen spring rolls and sauce as long as my schedule allows me. Thank you again for all the support you have shown me over the years! I appreciate everyone of you all!
