Today, we’re honored to celebrate not one, but four sommeliers on our team. But this moment is especially meaningful because of Casey and Matt’s journey.
Five years ago, they helped us open our doors. Since then, they’ve grown into leadership roles, earned the title sommelier, and become an integral part of who we are. Their passion for Italian wine, dedication to their craft, and deep understanding of the country’s diverse wine regions have elevated the experience we create for every guest.
