Because we were told that we're a little crazy to serve indulgence for our gluten free & allergen customers as equally as we do for our regular customers. No one else does it.... so we decided to be the kooky ones and do what no one else can do. Even kookier... we always have 12 flavors of both available so no one ever has to feel left out! All of our cookies are baked with natural ingredients, no artificial flavoring, coloring or preservatives. Our allergy friendly cookies (which are available in all 12 flavors of our regular menu flavors) are always egg free! Check availability for nut free, soy free, and dairy free as well as we always have a variety to serve most common allergens in our separate specialty mixing & baking area that protects from cross contamination. Nationwide shipping is available by ordering online 24/7. Cookies are delivered using 2-day shipping.

We don’t do boring weekends, or boring bread. You’ve been asking. We’ve been baking.

After weeks of testing (and a lot of loaves consumed in the name of research 🍞), our GF Artisan Loaf is finally ready. Crispy crust, airy crumb, no gluten, no soy, no preservatives. Just wholesome ingredients like buckwheat, tapioca, sorghum, olive oil, a naturally fermented starter, baked fresh.

We disappeared for 6 weeks and came back like THIS 💅 Valentine’s flavors. Stuffed cookies. Drop cookies. Pink ones. Red ones. Zero chill.

Yes, it’s very pink.
No food dye—nature did all the heavy lifting 🍓🍋

Every single flavor has a gluten-free version, and most are also vegan because why not?

Some are this-month-only, some will sell out, and we’re finally back at the farmers market this Saturday after ghosting the first 3 of the year.
