A new season is here. 🍂

I spent the end of summer exploring juicing, trying new combinations, and paying closer attention to what I was consuming and how I felt along the way.

Now, as summer gives way to fall, the rhythm shifts and what nourishes us may shift with it.

That’s the beauty of mindful nourishment. There’s no one way to do it. Notice what you need, make adjustments, and allow your version of wellness to change with you.

🌿 The Eat Feel Heal Food & Mood Journal gives you a place to track those shifts…your intake, your moods, your patterns, and what you notice along the way.

✨ Ready to pay closer attention? Get your journal at Savor Amour’s website. Link in bio.

Enjoy. Love. Be well.

A different kind of green juice today. 🥬🍏🍍

Collard greens, cucumber, green apple, pineapple, lemon + ginger—a nutrient-packed combination with vitamins, antioxidants and lots of fresh flavor.

The collards definitely made their presence known. 😂 Earthy with a little bitterness, but still good!

Part of mindful nourishment is simply being curious about what you consume and paying attention to how it makes you feel.

🌿 The Eat Feel Heal Food & Mood Journal was created for exactly that. Track your intake. Notice your patterns. Learn what works for you.

✨ Get yours at our website. Link in bio.

Enjoy. Love. Be well.

How do you know when something is nourishing you? 🌿

Maybe it’s how you feel after a meal. Your energy. Your mood. Your focus. Or maybe it’s the peace you feel after a conversation, the content you consume, or the way you’ve spent your time.

Nourishment can show up in different ways. The practice is learning to notice what supports you.

Pay attention. Your response tells you a lot.

Enjoy. Love. Be well. ✨

One of my favorite things has been hearing how much people are enjoying the Eat Feel Heal Food & Mood Journal and what they’re discovering about themselves along the way. 🌿

What we eat, drink, watch and listen to and how it all makes us feel can reveal patterns worth paying attention to.

✨ Start your own mindful nourishment journey. Tap the link to get your journal today.
