SATURDAY!!
It's an honor to team up with Wingin It Bar and Grill again as they put in so much effort to ensure a wonderful day for everyone!
You'll be able to find us by the pavilion at the car show right away in the morning with donuts and coffee!
As the day goes on, we'll offer our BEEFER, CLUCKER & PORKER along with Mexican Street Corn and Shaken Lemonade 🍋

We have had SO many folks reaching out, wondering where to find Nibblet. And while we've appreciated being so missed, it's been overwhelming to keep up with questions and kind of depressing every time we've had to explain why we've had downtime this spring.
Well.
Let me tell you a long-winded story that you'll probably only read part of, but I'll type out the whole story anyway because that's just what I do.
I will preface this with; Randy has been putting in plenty of effort into the trailer, as he always does, in our "spare time" (hahahahaha, as if that's a thing for us). He's always trying to improve and make things more efficient while also meticulously cleaning every square inch and his work is SO very appreciated!
So anyway, last fall, our hand wash sink seemed to lack pressure. So, Randy started investigating and discovered a pump failure. Which lead to a water heater failure. Which lead to a replacement of the pump and water heater.
The replacement of the pump led to a small electrical issue. Which lead to the brand-new pump immediately being destroyed.

RIP brand new pump.

Fast forward through a LOT of cussing, prayers and quite literally blood, sweat and possible tears (those might have been from the sweat, though).

But. Not all is lost. After plenty of fiddling around and modifications and a few emails filled with stupid questions for our poor (incredibly helpful) health inspector, we WILL be having this year's inaugural NIBBLET appearance at WILSON DAY hosted by Wingin It Bar and Grill on July 11 and we couldn't be more excited!!

We'll have Frosted Donuts, Coffee and Loaded Breakfast Bowls to start off the morning AND we'll spend the day there with our typical Nibblet Menu of Loaded Smashed Potatoes, Mexican Street Corn, Shaken Lemonade and Cheesecake Cupcakes!

So, get prepared by adding a few more holes to your belt (you'll want the extra room) and get in line in front of NIBBLET in just a couple short weeks!

See ya back out on the road soon... YAY!!!!!

This weekend was one of those times when you get to look at the doors that are opened and enjoy the moment ❤️

We can now check "cooked for celebrities" off our bucket list!

We are over the moon excited that we were given the opportunity to prepare a meal for the cast of "An Evening with Bernadette Peters"!
We are also quite proud of this twenty foot charcuterie table we created for the after show reception!

Thank you to The Mabel Tainter for trusting us with these tasks and allowing us this amazing opportunity! Congratulations on a fantastic show! 🎉
