From when I was of legal age, I started working in the food industry. As I grew older, I moved to Portland, OR for culinary school and started working for Hall Street Grill in Beaverton. Upon working at HSG, I was a Sous Chef for an Italian restaurant, and then became an Executive chef of another. I love food, fun, knives and fire, so the idea to put my work into a food cart to let everyone try it
makes for a perfect combination. The food I am choosing to prepare is my favorite comfort foods. Mac and Cheese (you can never go wrong with), and Cheese steaks (almost a Philly Cheese steak). There were some items that I felt needed to be brought to Klamath Falls. Truffle oil, and Duck fat. Those are two of my favorite seasoning oils that I used in my culinary crusade.
