All about the Food This is me (Chris) and my food cart (Mac And Cheese Steaks) in a nutshell. Grew up learning to cook Mac and Cheese when I was a kid.

From when I was of legal age, I started working in the food industry. As I grew older, I moved to Portland, OR for culinary school and started working for Hall Street Grill in Beaverton. Upon working at HSG, I was a Sous Chef for an Italian restaurant, and then became an Executive chef of another. I love food, fun, knives and fire, so the idea to put my work into a food cart to let everyone try it

makes for a perfect combination. The food I am choosing to prepare is my favorite comfort foods. Mac and Cheese (you can never go wrong with), and Cheese steaks (almost a Philly Cheese steak). There were some items that I felt needed to be brought to Klamath Falls. Truffle oil, and Duck fat. Those are two of my favorite seasoning oils that I used in my culinary crusade. The red Thai chicken curry mac is a traditional mac and cheese tossed with sautèed chicken, green peas, and a cart made red Thai coconut curry.

Happy Friday everyone. Here is this week's special creme brulee and salad.

The s'mores creme brulee is graham cracker crumbles, chocolate creme brulee and a cart made marshmallow fluff.

The pictured salad is the half salad, it is on a bed of mixed greens with diced watermelon, cucumbers, feta cheese, and mint. It's accompanied by a mint honey citrus vinaigrette.

We're at the Garage Tap House from 11-10pm.

We're also open an extra hour on Fridays and Saturdays during the summer now.

Good morning everyone. Here's the special mac and sandwich for the week.

The gorgonzola potato mac is fried potatoes, and shells tossed in a gorgonzola cream, topped with more gorgonzola and black pepper.

The new Italian pulled pork sandwich is pork roasted with onions, garlic, tomatoes and sherry, shredded and sautèed with onions, red bell peppers and pepperoni. It's topped with smoked provolone and more fresh herbs.

Ground beef sautèed with onions, red bell peppers and garlic, mixed with a cart made sloppy joe sauce and topped with cart made cheese sauce.

Good morning everyone. It's supposed to be nice this week, so we're going with a summer salad.

The blackberry peach caprese is on a bed of mixed greens with fresh mozzarella, blackberries, basil, grilled peaches and balsamic reduction. It is accompanied by a balsamic vinaigrette.
