Man what a night! I was not prepared enough for what we endured tonight and I’m so sorry to everyone with long ticket times!! We have double are frying space moving forward and SINCERELY apologize!! But man did we have an amazing turnout, I just wish I could have done better!!

Being Born and raised in Klamath falls, I know there can be Rattle Snakes in our mountains here in Klamath county, that being said I want to present to you, “The Rattler”. The Rattler comes with Caramelized onions, a fresh egg fries to perfection and all your standard condiments(I don’t put pickles because I think pickles and eggs are weird together! lol) The Rattler comes in a single (Hogback) all the way up to the 4 stacked McLaughlin! Available starting October first and will be our special burger of the month.

I heard a rumor Summit 4100 is going to start serving breakfast next week? WHAT? Open at 7:00am? WHAT? probably just a rumor though, we better head on down to Summit 4100 and ask Chef Nick ourselves!!
