With all this cooler weather which I personally am enjoying.. Is a great day to stop by your favorite local bakery 😉and grab some treats for yourself and those you think need some Basin Levain in their lives. Todays specials are Brownies, Jalapeno Cheddar and our Sourdough Rye. Everything is ready and available in the shop and on our Mobile Bakery Trailer which is out in Keno again today. We will have the trailer out in Keno, in the Keno Tractors parking lot, as well as having the store open downtown from 6 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.!

Happy Saturday!! Today's the day to pause, breathe, and soak up the beauty around us! As we dive into the weekend, let's remember to appreciate the little things that make life worth living. I was reminded of this yesterday when we received a heartfelt email from a loyal customer, thanking us for our hard work and sharing a stunning photo of their property. It's moments like these that fill my heart with gratitude and inspire me to keep going! Don't forget to take a moment to stop and smell the roses (and maybe even indulge in a pastry or two 😉) at our Farmers Market booth today! We're thrilled to be a part of this community and can't wait to see you there!

Who needs coffee when you can mainline the sweet, sweet aroma of our ginormous brownies? And don't even get us started on our bread specials - Jalapeno cheddar loaves and bagels, and Sourdough Rye Sandwich loaf, because adulting is hard, but making a killer sandwich is easy! Stop by, enjoy the patio and let's get this carb party started until 2:30!

Good morning and happy Wednesday, Klamath Basin! We hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and is having a fabulous week so far. Cinnamon rolls the size of your face - a phrase I caught myself using throughout the weekend, and it felt fitting to apply here today. We've got them if you want them, along with flaky pastries, scrumptious scones and muffins, and the best bread in the basin, in my opinion. But you be the judge! Stop by the store from 6-2:30 or give us a call at 541-273-8999.

Just a heads up no mobile bakery this week.. But we will be at the farmers market starting this Saturday!
