Rise and shine, it's Saturday! You've made it to the weekend, and that's something to celebrate! Treat yourself to a little something special today... like our limited edition Savory Popover inspired pastry! Our handcrafted, beautifully laminated croissant dough wrapped with either Turkey and pepper jack or Ham and Swiss cheese is the perfect way to reward yourself. Don't wait, come and get it before they're all gone! Our bakers have been eyeing them for hours 😉.

We're open in the shop until 2:30 and at the Farmers Market until 1. You got this, and you deserve it!

Happy Friday Klamath Basin!

It has been a wild ride since taking over the Green Blade and making our transition to Basin Levain. We cannot say thank you enough to this amazing community for continuing to support us and allow us to continue making the heart warming food Mike and Sandy came up with all those years ago. We have brought back some of the old items that were previously discontinued and brought on a few of our own creations, like this beautiful Vanilla Cheesecake topped with Dark Chocolate Ganache! We just want to say THANK YOU and hope to see all of your smiling faces today, we will be in the shop until 2:30!

For the people who have asked if we accept EBT, the Farmer's Markets are the only places we accept EBT, thanks to the special programs that they have set up.

Be sure to stop by from 9-1, or our main location down the road from the market from 6-2:30!

What gets you up and going in the morning?

For some it may be the job, the kids, the prior commitments, Others are just early morning risers by nature and can't help it, and then there are bakers who typically aren't "Morning People" but yet we are up well before the sun rises doing what we absolutely love to provide wonderful Mental Health Food to our community.

So get up and get at it today! Make today so much more than you possibly thought it could be. We are in the store until 2:30 and our Mobile Bakery is at it in Medford on Poplar Drive until 2:30 as well today!

Happy Saturday folks!

Lets agree to slow down today and just enjoy it, and do something to make you smile and make your heart feel full, the world is so stressful these days sometimes it takes a reminder to breath and take it all in. Take in the good, take in the bad and make the most out of every moment we can in life. We only get one, so get out today and do something that makes you smile.
