Happy Saturday Galley friends! We are prepped with some great Passport Plates today in case you missed them yesterday. We have the Southern Route - Modelo barbacoa brisket tacos with chili-lime yuca fries and the Palmetto Plate - Blackened local Sheepshead over Carolina Gold rice with local butterbean and sweet corn succotash. Happy Friday Galley friends! We are excited for a great weekend and have two passport plates we are pleased to share. The first is an entree we call the Palmetto Plate - Blackened local Sheepshead over Carolina Gold rice with local butter bean and sweet corn succotash. 🏴‍☠️🐟🏴‍☠️ The second is a new feature called the Southern Route - Modelo barbacoa brisket tacos with pico, queso fresca, pickled red onions and purple cabbage served with chili-lime yuca fries. 🏴‍☠️🌮🏴‍☠️ For the Captain’s Catch, bowl and salad options we have grilled Yellowfin Tuna or blackened Sheepshead. 🏴‍☠️🍽️🏴‍☠️ Fishing this weekend? This one takes us back to our Lowcountry roots in South Carolina - Blackened local Sheepshead over Carolina Gold rice with local butterbean and sweet corn succotash. We have the new crowd favorite, the Wanchese Bowl that features fajita spiced local shrimp, beans, rice, pico queso fresca, lime crema and cilantro micro greens. 🦐🏴‍☠️🦐 We also have a new addition; the Swell Burrito. inspired by Mexico’s iconic street food. This burrito has chargrilled Al Pastor marinated chicken thighs, rice, beans, grilled pineapple, pickled red onions and avocado crema and is served with chili-lime fries.
