Hello everyone. We still have a few spaces left for our “Vining Vegetables” Tasting Dinner here at Festina Lente on Saturday August 29th. The dinner will feature 5 courses for $90 per person, with an optional (though highly recommended) beverage pairing for an additional $50 (all not including tax & tip). This will be a reservation only event. We will be doing 2 seatings, one @4:30pm and one @7:00pm. Any and all food allergies need to be communicated to us before the day of the event. To reserve a seat please email us at [email protected] or visit us at the restaurant. Celebrating the bounty of our local farms harvest at peak season has us very excited for this night. We can’t wait to see you there. And thank you Emily Cady for making us look so good again.

Eight years ago today this door opened to the public. It has been an interesting year this year. Just coming off the closure my second restaurant it was so comforting and warm being able to come back to Festina Lente full time and to spend every day within these walls again. Cooking the food I want. Selling the wines I want. And seeing so many of the same happy faces all the time. It is such a gift to have this place as my second home. And the reason why it continues the survive and thrive is because of all of the people. The staff, the regulars, the tourists, the first timers. Truly, thank you. Here’s to eight more!
