First up on our brand new summer cocktail list is the Rutaceae! This cocktail is all about the citrus, which is where it gets its name - from the citrus family.

Gin, lime juice, limoncello, a touch of SAN LUIGI SPIRITS aperitivo, and topped with grapefruit soda. This cocktail is bright, bubbly and effervescent. Perfect for hot summer days on the patio. ☀️

Featuring classic favorites like a Hugo Spritz, a Daiquiri and a Limoncello Spritz, we’ve also sprinkled in a few originals!

In honor of today’s Common Ritual Whiskey Altar & Bloom 2 release party, Evan Oliver has revamped a stunning cocktail: Dante’s Peak. Made with none other than Altar & Bloom 2, fresh citrus, Campari, and maraschino, this cocktail is both complex and so so refreshing.

You’ll also find a Common Ritual Whiskey Mosaic Chimes old fashioned riff on this menu - made with golden sambucca and licor 43.

We are incredibly excited to share this summer menu with you all - and we can’t wait to see you tonight for the official release of Altar & Bloom 2.

A collaboration with our good friends at Phase Three Brewing, this massive imperial is brewed with a heavy blend of wheat, aged in Kentucky Owl®️ Bourbon, Willett Distillery rye, and Wild Turkey Rare Breed barrels for 34-38 months.

We then introduce:

💜cinnamon
💜vanilla beans

The result is reminiscent of cream soda & Cinnamon Toast Crunch. 🙂‍↕️
