It has been brought to my attention that there is a go fund me page for Pancake City. I appreciate everyone’s support but I didn’t authorize this. We have hired outside counsel and this will be resolved with their help. I understand everyone’s concern and never dreamed we would be in a situation like this but I can’t and won’t accept anyone donating to us. Thanks, Chuck

Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend 🐣

Quick update — unfortunately, due to our insurance company refusing to cover what is owed, we’ve had to bring in outside counsel to help move things along.

Not exactly how we planned things (we’d much rather be pouring coffee ☕️ and flipping pancakes 🥞), but we’re working through it.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support — it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

More updates when we have them.

We’ve had a lot of questions about reopening, and we truly appreciate everyone checking in and thinking of us.

At this time, we are still waiting on insurance updates and do not have firm answers yet. As soon as we have confirmed information to share, we will post an update here.

Our Christmas party looked a little different this year, but we were all together and that’s what truly matters.

For those that haven’t heard unfortunately we had a fire last night. Most of the dining area is fine just smoke damage that can be cleaned. Unfortunately our back room and kitchen took the biggest hit. We will begin the start of cleaning tomorrow and try to access a timeline to reopen. Please keep our employees in your prayers and I’ll update again tomorrow when I know more.
