The day has finally come… Red Barn is here! ❤️

One of Kirksville’s favorite traditions is back, and we couldn’t be more excited! There’s nothing quite like seeing downtown filled with familiar faces, incredible artists, and a community that loves Red Barn as much as we do.

With Truman State University’s Family Day happening too, it’s the perfect day to enjoy everything downtown Kirksville has to offer. 💜

✨🍕 HAVE YOU SEEN WHAT’S NEW DOWNTOWN?! 🍕✨

Pagliai’s Pizza officially has a mural, and we are absolutely blown away by how it turned out!

For more than 60 years, Pagliai’s Pizza has been part of downtown Kirksville. Since 1963, this building has been a place for pizza nights, first dates, college memories, family traditions, and countless Palonzas. We love being part of this community, and now there’s a brand-new piece of Pagliai’s history on the side of our building. ❤️

The incredibly talented Gracie Hamrick brought this entire piece to life, and to say she knocked it out of the park would be an understatement. She took a blank brick wall and transformed it into something that feels perfectly Pagliai’s Pizza, bold, nostalgic, fun, and full of character. The vintage-inspired PIZZA sign and glowing lights are even better in person!

Gracie, your talent is truly incredible. Thank you for creating something so special for Pagliai’s Pizza and for adding a little more color to downtown Kirksville. We couldn’t have imagined it any better! 👏🎨

And a special thank you to Sparks Construction for providing the lift and helping make this project possible! We truly appreciate our local businesses coming together to help bring something special to downtown Kirksville. ❤️🍕🎨

We are so grateful to the Kirksville Historic Preservation Commission and the City of Kirksville for designating our building a Historic Landmark.
Special thanks to City Planning and Zoning Comission for nominating and approving this recognition.
We just received this plaque to mount on the side of Pagliai’s at 101 W. Washington Street.
A little history for everyone:
This building was constructed in 1926 as the Citizens National Bank. Designed in the classic Neoclassical style by local architect Irwin Dunbar, it served as the bank until 1963. That same year it became home to Pagliai’s Pizza, and we’ve been proud to operate here ever since, over 60 years in the heart of downtown Kirksville.
We’re honored to help preserve this piece of local history for future generations.
