The City is pleased to share that Donelson Construction has completed its downtown street resurfacing ahead of schedule. Overnight parking is available again downtown starting tonight and continuing through the rest of this week.

However, no parking will be allowed between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am beginning Monday, August 31, to allow pavement markings to be redone. That work should be completed within a few days, depending on the weather.

We appreciate everyone’s patience as these street improvements are completed.

STREET WORK HAS STARTED!!!

The next few weeks downtown will be looking a little different as they start construction on the roads. 𝐖𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍!! Our OPEN flag will be out as well. Make sure to stop by and see all our fabulous neighbors on the square. As you won’t be able to park on the square we have plenty of public parking available downtown.

- the parking lot at the movie theater
- take our road (Harrison st) straight down toward the cemetery. Public parking is right after the stop sign on your right hand side
- the parking lot behind wooden nickel
- the parking lot across the street from the police station
- the parking lot behind city hall

Find our booth tomorrow (we will be right across the street from the restaurant). We will be handing out our famous crispy cream roll, our famous gyoza appetizer and different flavors of pocky sticks. We will be there from 5:00 pm until everything is gone.
