In the beginning… there was a counter full of raw ingredients, an experimental lady, a few mason jars, and a brand new food processor. Trial and error ensue, and through multiple tests she figured out the proper ratios and order of ingredients to make an “epic” salsa. Two types of salsas actually; one being the Original Gangster (OG) and the other the Sweets

Mango Tango (SMT). Her close friends got to test out the salsa and they were all fans, so she wondered..what if I make a page to share this salsa more broadly? Canned for keeping. Fancy.
