We used half a doughball for tonight’s pie. Cooked in a 10.25 inch pan. Fresh mozzarella cheese, pepperoncini, Greek olives, artichoke hearts, green and red bell peppers, mushrooms, onions on an olive oil base. 400 for 20 minutes. Topped with heirloom tomatoes from the garden
