Flaky Kerala parotta paired with two comforting favorites - Vegetable Ishtoo, simmered with mixed vegetables, aromatic spices, and coconut milk, and Beetroot Kurma, cooked in a creamy onion-cashew gravy with spices. Both pair beautifully not only with parotta, but also with palappam and idiyappam. 😍
