Happy Summer Solstice! What's everyone up to this summer?
You can make your favorite winter tea into iced tea very easily! Instead of using 3g tea/8 oz water, use 6g tea. Steep, and then pour over ice. Voila!

Dear Tea Community, I just heard the devastating news that our friend, mentor, and tea guru Mr. Devan Shah has passed away. Please join me in sending peaceful thoughts to his family.

Mr. Shah visited my tea room shortly after it opened and praised my efforts. I spoke with him just a couple of weeks ago and am stunned that he is no longer with us.
