What an amazing weekend at Power Of One Summer Camp . I had the honor again to be a part of the cooking team. My job is to be outside smoking, tending the fire and making sure the camp has some delicious bbq. I was able to break away for a bit from smoking briskets to go check out the kids play some games then back to the briskets I went. Everything was going good so I broke away again to join in on some fishing (which I caught 2, bigger one is on the go pro and the smaller one the battery died) and swimming. That was my routine daily. I stayed on top of things so I could enjoy bits and pieces of this camp. A huge help from Ricardo Stephanie, Isaiah M., and Mar for helping me cook and season the second day so that I could enjoy the blue hole, fishing then a little bit of service and praise and worship. Luis, my old neighbor, thanks for helping me get these pits cleaned up and ready to use. I have some go pro footage from my point of view from cooking , to a lot of in between because I forgot to turn it off to fishing. Great experience especially since it was my wife's and daughter's first time going and my son's first time Leading. Oh and that kitchen was amazing, had everything I needed.
