If the tomato sandwich is summer's greatest joy, then Smoked Corn Mayo is what puts it on an even higher pedestal. 🍅

This recipe comes straight from Vivian Howard's Elbow-Lick Tomato Sandwich, and the best part? Its uses go way beyond the sandwich. Try it with sweet potato fries, slather it on a burger, or thin it out with a little buttermilk and mix in some fresh corn for a dip that belongs at every summer table.
