I've always said it's the little things that mean the most.
Like when I was in the hospital, several of my customers from Sharp Shooter's called and even came in to see me. Bringing me stuffed animals, crossword puzzle books, prayer books and just visiting to make sure I was ok. I looked a mess and they didn't care, they just wanted to make sure I was okay. That meant so much to me.
Today I come home and there is a package at my door. I open it and all but broke down in tears.
The week we lost Corey I got 2 ankle bracelets, those 2 bracelets were everything to me. They were in Mores Code, the top one said "I love you.", the bottom said "Warrior". It was my way of keeping Corey close. The preacher coined the phrase "God needed a warrior, Corey answered the call."
In February I had my foot surgery and I begged them not to cut those bracelets off. Thankfully they didn't. In March when the bandages were removed my bracelets were accidentally cut off. Something so small broke my heart.
Today that package had a new "I love you.' and "Warrior" bracelet in it. They added a beautiful one that says " See you in Heaven." This couple comes in the restaurant every week. Thank you both so very much. ❤ I have great people that keep coming back and I am so proud of that, you all mean the world to me.
