MONDAY 6/8: Cajun shrimp boil with corn and potatoes with garlic butter sauce. 1/2 pound per person. Additional pound of shrimp @ $15 Add sausage link $3
TUESDAY 6/9: Thick cut grilled pork chops with apricot-ginger glaze, cheesy hashbrown casserole with green beans.
WEDNESDAY 6/10: Grilled bone in chicken breasts with Alabama white BBQ sauce (made with mayo, vinegar, spicy brown mustard & spices) served with grilled vegetable & peach orzo salad with Feta cheese.
THURSDAY 6/11: Grilled sausage and grilled marinated vegetables (peppers, red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, mushrooms and cauliflower) with red and sweet potatoes. Served with butter pecan bundt cake for dessert.
FRIDAY 6/12: Grilled boneless chicken breasts topped with fresh made salsa verde and Monterrey Jack cheese served over fiesta rice and grilled herbed zucchini.
Dinners are served hot and ready to eat 5-6:00 pm at The Cove on Hamblen (1101 Hamblen Road in Forest Cove). Come early to enjoy a cold craft beer or glass of wine. Orders can be placed in advance for the week or ordered the day you would like dinner if placed by 10:00 am.
