🌽🎉 FRIDAY NIGHT MARKET IS ALMOST HERE! 🎉🌽

The Kingston Farmers Market returns tomorrow evening, and we’ve got another great lineup ready for you!

We’ve got some exciting vendors joining us this week, returning favorites, fresh produce, baked goods, local products, and plenty of reasons to get out of the house for a few hours.

🍔 We even have food coming all the way from TWO ADDRESSES OVER from La Hacienda Restaurante.

That’s right.

Not everyone can travel across town like that.

Some call it dedication.

Some call it a logistical miracle.

We call it dinner. 😂

For the kids:

🪁 Build-Your-Own Kites are back again this week!

Last week’s kite builders did an outstanding job, and we’re excited to see what creations take flight tomorrow evening.

We’ve also heard reports that Billy has been testing prototype kites all week. Results have been mixed, and at least one ended up in another zip code.

La Hacienda, located at 6002 State Street, Kingston, MI, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook for long term to join our collaborative team! If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, love Mexican-American cuisine, and value teamwork, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

* Expertly manage various cooking and prep stations
* Maintain well-stocked and organized workstations
* Seamlessly transition between line cooking, prepping, and cleaning tasks
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth closing procedures and cleanliness
* Daily cleaning of coolers and workstations to maintain a spotless and efficient workspace

What we're looking for:

* Solid kitchen experience
* Ability to quickly learn and excel in our fast-paced environment
* A strong team-player attitude with a commitment to helping others
* Willingness to work together to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day

We are looking to hire one individual to start. The ideal candidate must be available to work mornings, nights, and possibly some double shifts. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Our hours of operation are:

* Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
* Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
