Today's featured dish: Bombay Bhaji. This wonderful dish originated in the 1850's as a fast lunchtime meal for workers in the textile industry. It quickly grew in popularity and can now be found everywhere from food carts and street fairs, to the most formal dining establishments. Although it has many variations, Bhaji is essentially spiced mashed vegetables in a thick gravy that is cooked on a flat griddle. You can find Bombay Bhaji on our 9.95 lunch buffet TODAY!

Today's featured dish: Tandoori Chicken. This dish gets its name from the Tandoor oven in which it is prepared. A tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven used most often in south Asian and middle eastern countries. To prepare this dish, the chicken is first marinated in yogurt and seasoned with the spice mixture "tandoori masala" which consists of graham masala, onion, garlic, and cayenne or red chili powder, which is responsible for its fire red hue. Tandoori Chicken can be used as the base for many Indian courses, but can be eaten on its own accompanied by rice or naan. You can find this incredible dish today at our 9.95 lunch buffet!
