Chops Grille was opened in uptown Kingston, New York in November of 2015. Denni Demosthenes is your gracious and welcoming host to this warm and inviting venue. His vision for this new venture is an attractive restaurant with an inviting menu featuring grilled favorites with a flair.

A Bittersweet Farewell

After much thought and reflection, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our restaurant as our lease comes to an end. It’s been an incredible journey filled with unforgettable memories, loyal customers, and a passionate team that made everything possible.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of you—our amazing customers who became like family, and our dedicated staff members who brought their heart and soul into every day. Whether you joined us for a quick bite or stood beside us in the kitchen, you’ve helped shape something truly special that we’ll always carry with us.

We’d also like to give a heartfelt thank you to our landlord, Rupco, who has been nothing short of incredible. Their support, especially through difficult times and throughout COVID, meant the world to us and made it possible to keep going when things were uncertain.

Our final night of service will be Tuesday, April 15. We hope to see some familiar faces before we close the doors, and share a few more memories together.

While this chapter is coming to a close, we’re looking forward to slowing down a bit, embracing new adventures, and enjoying life in a new way. Thank you for being part of this beautiful ride.

After much thought and reflection, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our restaurant as our lease comes to an end. It’s been an incredible journey filled with unforgettable memories, loyal customers, and a passionate team that made everything possible.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of you—our amazing customers who became like family, and our dedicated staff members who brought their heart and soul into every day. Whether you joined us for a quick bite or stood beside us in the kitchen, you’ve helped shape something truly special that we’ll always carry with us.
