High Class Hillbilly BBQ

09/28/2026

This Tuesday at the Zane Trace Volleyball game vs Adena, which is also the Blocking out cancer game, there will be pulled pork and a High Class Hillbilly favorite, smoked sausage burnt ends. Like last time, 100% of proceeds will stay with the volleyball program. Peach cobbler and spiced apple dump cake will be available also, proceeds from desserts will go towards the money raised for the Adena Cancer Center. Plan on concessions for dinner and support two great programs!

Thank you Zane Trace and Unioto friends and family for supporting Zane Trace volleyball by hopefully enjoying the 18lbs of pulled pork you all bought tonight. Sold out early, probably could have used 25lbs!

Last weekend was busy for High Class Hillbilly. Catered two different parties. Saturday i smoked 25 bratwurst, 5lbs of ham slices, and 2 blocks of cream cheese for a Buckeyes/fantasy football draft party and included a small pan of peach cobbler. Sunday i provided about 9lbs of pulled pork for a going away party.
Thanks for the opportunity to cater your get togethers, whatever they may be.

For 31yrs I've cooked for my fellow firefighters. 6yrs in the Air Force in North Carolina and the past 26yrs in Chillicothe. I've always enjoyed cooking for larger groups and seeing the enjoyment good food brings people. I decided to now branch out to the public I've served the past 31 years. High quality food from a Southern Ohio hillbilly, hence the name. Let me cater your next get together! Birthday party, fantasy football draft party, football party, or whatever reason you may have to gather with your friends. Thank you and hopefully see you soon.

High quality smoked meats and other meals from a hillbilly firefighter and veteran who enjoys to cook for groups of people. Delivered to your special event.
