Growing up, you could find me in the kitchen baking with my Sicilian mom and grandma. From a very young age they instilled a passion for baking that came from my soul. I took my passion for all things baking and attended the Culinary Institute of America. There I learned all about the savory side, all while getting a great basis in baking skills. After graduation, I went on to work in and run a fe
