✨ Big News for Bounce Fit & Bowls ✨

After four amazing years serving this community, I’ve made the decision to close our brick-and-mortar café at the end of this week. Our last day open will be SATURDAY— so if you’ve been craving your favorite bowl,, smoothie, or avocado toast, now’s the time to come grab it (and a selfie in the shop one last time 💜).

This isn’t a sad goodbye — it’s the next chapter. Bounce Fit & Bowls is evolving 🚚💨!
Starting Spring 2026, we’ll be hitting the road with a Bounce Fit & Bowls Food Truck — bringing all your favorites (and some new surprises) straight to festivals, neighborhoods, and events around NEPA.

This move lets me pour energy into my other growing businesses while creating something even more flexible and fun for the future.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting a local dream these past four years — for every order, smile, and share. You helped make my little cafe what it is today… and we’re not done yet.

Here’s to the next chapter — new wheels, same vibes, and endless gratitude. 💜
